กิจการที่บุคคลหลายคนตกลงเข้าร่วมกันเพื่อทำการสงเคราะห์ซึ่งกันและกันในการจัดการศพ หรือจัดการศพและสงเคราะห์ครอบครัวของบุคคลใดบุคคลหนึ่งที่ตกลงเข้าร่วมกันนั้นซึ่งถึงแก่ความตาย และมิได้ประสงค์จะหากำไรหรือรายได้เพื่อแบ่งปันกัน.
