Dictionary

The Thai-English dictionary combines data from three sources:

  • Royal Institute Dictionary (พจนานุกรม ฉบับราชบัณฑิตยสถาน) — the official Thai monolingual dictionary with English translations of definitions
  • Volubilis — a Franco-Thai lexicographic project with detailed definitions and classification
  • Lexitron — a Thai-English dictionary developed by Thailand's National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC)

Over 19,000 words with English translations based on data from Wiktionary and the Royal Institute Dictionary. Audio pronunciation for all Thai and English words, Pali and Sanskrit etymologies, classifiers, antonyms, synonyms, and usage examples.
