ชื่อขนมอย่างหนึ่ง ทำด้วยเมล็ดข้าวอ่อนตำแล้วคั้นเอานํ้าตั้งไฟจนสุก ใส่น้ำตาล เรียกว่า ข้าวยาคูน้ำ, ถ้าเคี่ยวให้แห้ง เรียกว่า ข้าวยาคูแห้ง.
(n.) A type of dessert made from pounded young rice grains, extracting the juice and cooking it with sugar; called 'khao ya khu nam' when liquid, and 'khao ya khu haeng' when cooked until dry.
