ผู้อนาถา, ผู้ไร้ญาติ, ผู้น่าสงสาร, เขียนเป็น กปนก ก็มี เช่น เถ้ากปนกแพนกพล้าว มีแม่ย้าวสาวศร หนึ่งน้นน (ม. คำหลวง ชูชก).
A destitute person, an orphan, a pitiable person; also written as 'kapanak', e.g., 'the ashes of the orphaned, with a mother and a young maiden' (M. Kham Luang Chuchok).
