กฺราด

เครื่องมือจับสัตว์นํ้าชนิดหนึ่ง ใช้ประกอบกับเรือ, บางถิ่นเรียกว่า กรีด หรือ เรือกรีด, เวลาจับสัตว์นํ้าใช้แจวไปตามฝั่งคลองหรือแม่นํ้า โดยให้ไม้สำหรับกรีดนั้นระไปในนํ้า.

(n.) A type of fishing tool used with a boat; in some regions called 'kreed' or 'boat kreed'. To catch aquatic animals, the tool is dragged along the riverbank or canal with a pole submerged in the water.

กฺราด

ชื่อไม้ต้นขนาดใหญ่ชนิด Dipterocarpus intricatus Dyer ในวงศ์ Dipterocarpaceae ขึ้นในป่าเต็งรัง ต้นมียางเหนียว เจาะเอานํ้ามันยางได้, ยางกราด เหียงกราด ตะแบง หรือ สะแบง ก็เรียก.

(n.) Name of a large tree species, Dipterocarpus intricatus Dyer, family Dipterocarpaceae, found in dry dipterocarp forests. The tree produces sticky resin, which can be tapped for oil. Also called 'yang grad', 'hiang grad', 'tabang', or 'sabeng'.
