ตัดสินคดีโดยศาล, เรียกตุลาการผู้ทำหน้าที่ตัดสินดังกล่าว ว่า ผู้พิพากษา, เรียกคำตัดสินนั้น ว่า คำพิพากษา.
To adjudicate a case by a court; the judge who performs such adjudication is called a 'phiphaksa' (judge), and the decision rendered is called a 'kham phiphaksa' (judgment).
