แผ่นทองคำฉลุลายเป็นกิ่งต้นเครือวัลย์กระหนก สำหรับเสียบห้อยที่ชายพกลงมาในระหว่างช่องหน้าขาทั้ง ๒ สามัญเรียกว่า ช่อทับชาย เช่น ที่ประดับเทวรูปทรงเครื่องทั่วไป เรียกกันว่า สุวรรณกระถอบ หรือ สุวรรณกัญจน์ถอบ.
