ทับทิมลอยแก้ว - a Thai dessert made from tapioca starch coloured red to resemble ruby seeds, cooked and served in sugar syrup or sweet liquid. ทับทิมกรอบ - a variant made from water chestnuts or jicama cut into small pieces, coated in starch, and prepared by the same method.
